The Qubetalk's qonSOLE™ web based interface can be easily managed by anyone with a PC and web browser. Simple modifications can be done without the need of an expert and its system status and utilization can be viewed at a push of a button. Existing applications are enhanced allowing users to interact with customers through alternative mediums such as click to call from a web application.
Inter Qube Exchange is a voice trunking facility allows long distance calls with customers to be made at lower rates, reducing the cost of intra-and-inter telephone communications. The packet based trunking protocol that maximizes bandwidth required for wide area network transport, dramatically reducing packet jitter and latency. The Dual NAT traversal protocol bypasses the current topology at enterprise networks to power up packet voice.
QubeTalk™ ECS's scripted call routing engine reduces routing costs, directly enhancing the bottom line. Organizations can prioritize and control telecommunications charges according to quality, cost of the call and time of day to enjoy cheaper off peak tariffs.
